I am dedicated to supporting you as a unique individual

I take a comprehensive view of your heart and metabolic health and take time to understand the full picture  — from your symptoms and routines to lab results and goals. The aim it to create a plan the feels realistic, achievable, and sustainable.  My goal is to help you reduce cardiovascular risk, improve your energy, and feel more in control of your long-term health. I’m committed to working alongside your GP and other healthcare professionals to ensure your care is safe, integrated, and effective.  

Consultation process

I work solely on a package basis to ensure the best outcomes for you. My programmes are designed to deliver sustainable changes that last.  All programmes start with the completion of an online questionnaire, followed by a face-to-face one-hour consultation. I tailor your nutrition plan for you, taking into account your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, likes and dislikes.  Ongoing weekly support ensures you have little risk of steering off course – no matter what life throws at you.

Questionnaire 

Prior to your initial consultation, I will ask you to complete a comprehensive health, nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire. This will give me some idea of your concerns and/or symptoms and what you will need going forward. After evaluating all the information, taking into consideration individual needs and preferences, I will prepare for our initial consultation where we will go into more detail and discuss previous test results, what have you already tried, previous diets, protocols and strategies, your lifestyle and habits and anything else that might be relevant

Nutritional Plan 

After carefully evaluating all the gathered information, taking into consideration individual needs and preferences, I will devise an evidence-based, personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. A plan that not only helps your body function better but is also realistic to implement and fits in with your daily routine. At times it may be necessary to recommend supplements, often on a short-term basis, to give your body some extra support.  While I strive to provide all the necessary support and guidance for the implementation of suggested interventions, it is also important that you are committed to making changes

Initial Consultation 

The initial consultation lasts around 60 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your current concerns, diagnosis and symptoms, your health and family history, physical activity, sleep, use of medication and supplements and dietary habits and preferences. I will take into account your health goals and priorities and we will discuss any previous protocols and strategies. The main focus of the consultation is to investigate the root causes of any symptoms you are experiencing. If a certain area needs to be further investigated, I may recommend some laboratory and functional testing to help me establish what is going on under the surface.

Follow Up Consultations

The follow-up consultations are designed to help you achieve your goals as knowing what to eat and do is only one aspect of the plan. Staying motivated is often the hardest part. Follow-up consultations offer accountability and ongoing support as I understand that some habits are hard to change. We will always be working as a team to ensure the best possible outcome and we will assess your progress and review your plan at each appointment to ensure you are staying on track. Everything that we discuss will be in complete confidence and without judgment.
