Hello, I'm Alma
I am a Registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist with a focus on heart and cardiovascular health. My goal is to get to the root cause of your health concerns and empower you to take charge of you wellbeing by providing the tools, guidance, and knowledge you need to build sustainable habits for long-term health.

Perhaps you’ve been told that feeling tired, foggy, or seeing your blood pressure or cholesterol rise is just ‘normal for your age’. I saw how often these concerns were brushed off or quickly met with a prescription — without exploring the bigger picture. While medication can play an important role, it’s not the only answer. I support individuals like you to look deeper, understand what’s driving your symptoms, and use targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies to reduce risk, restore energy, and feel more in control of your health.

Nourishing the body with a nutrient-dense, unprocessed, whole-food diet, rich in colourful plant foods, is one of the most important foundations of health. Other lifestyle factors, including sleep, exercise, relaxation, community and spending time in nature, have a role in people’s quality of life.

What makes this approach truly sustainable is that it’s personalised, grounded in comprehensive, evidence-based recommendations and tailored to your unique needs. Because no two people are the same, I create individualised nutrition and lifestyle programmes that reflect your health goals, dietary preferences, and daily routine — with ongoing support to help you turn those recommendations into lasting change.

My approach to Nutritional therapy is based on the principles of Functional Medicine model.
Functional Medicine is a preventative, proactive, client-centered approach, that takes into account your complete health.

I take a personalised, root-cause approach to nutrition — because your symptoms are signals, not just isolated issues.
Following Functional Medicine principles, I look beneath the surface to understand what’s driving your health concerns. This may include exploring imbalances in your body — such as nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, or gut health issues — and, where helpful, using functional or laboratory testing to guide your plan.
You won’t be handed a restrictive plan. Instead, we’ll create a realistic, supportive plan that not only addresses your symptoms but fits your life and helps you feel better for the long term.
I work with clients in Ealing, Central London, and online.
